Meet Justin…

Leading with humor and heart, Justin Browning is the owner and lead consultant at SoR for More, LLC. Most recently, he was the K-3 Field Implementation Coordinator at The Rollins Center for Language and Literacy where he collaboratively designed the field implementation model for local partnerships through the Literacy and Justice for All initiative. This implementation model was a key lever in Marietta City School’s literacy success. Currently, he works locally and nationally with district and building level leaders to rethink, redesign, and realign systems and structures that support literacy success for all students. Prior to his work at The Rollins Center for Language and Literacy , he served as a K-5 Instructional Coach at a turn-around school and taught 1st grade, 2nd grade, and 4th grade.  Justin holds a Masters in Educational Leadership from Kennesaw State University and a Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education from The University of Mississippi. Aside from his work with SoR for More, Justin spends his days consulting and training leaders, teachers, and support staff in implementing evidence-based practices with well-known leaders in the education sector including The Reading League, 95 Percent Group, and LETRS. He is especially passionate about building the capacity of literacy leaders and moving knowledge into action through the implementation of high-quality instructional materials.
